PPE Sunscreen

Here at Tasweld Tasmania we stock a range of Probloc PPE sunscreen products because nothing is more important than your health and safety. Don't just wear your PPE gear and then forget the most important part of PPE, a Hi-Vis vest, and earplugs won't protect your skin from UV radiation. So don’t neglect your health and protect yourself from sun damage. Individuals working outside in Australia are exposed to ten times more UV radiation than their indoor counterparts which puts them at significantly higher risk of developing skin damage or skin cancer, so if you work outside you should always be wearing PPE sunscreen that protects against the sun. There are several ways to stay sun safe at work. The most important being, use sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 (all of our sunscreen products at Tasweld Tasmania have an SPF of 50+) and apply to all exposed skin. Don't forget your head, ears and neck and reapply often as necessary.
